I recently installed The Novel Factory onto my dedicated writing laptop which has only a 12" screen and doesn't normally connect to the internet, though it can. I've noticed that I can't see many of the buttons, such as OK, which are at the bottom of the screen.

Is there any fix for this?

On another issue, I've noticed others mentioning a new update, but when I open The Novel Factory on my main computer there's no notification of a new update in the same way there was for 1.26 (I think that's the number). Is the new update ready? It isn't mentioned officially on the website.

Thanks

Hi BookCat,

Strange that you didn't get the update notification - the current version is now 1.28.  You can always find info about the latest update and download it here:

Can you send some screenshots from your laptop?  I thought we had made all the windows resizable and scrollable so that they would fit on small screens, but it's possible we missed some.

I'll put the update onto the other computer using a thumb drive and hope it looks better. There certainly seems to be an improvement in how it looks on my main computer.

Thanks.
