I've been working on an extended synopsis for the last few days for my new novella.  Apparently I didn't save yesterday's work.  I go to the Restore Backup and it pops up giving me the backup names, sizes and backup dates.  There are 3 that have yesterday's date.  i click on one, but I don't see, "restore selected item".  I even tried right clicking thinking that would give me "restore selected item".  Nothing.  I tried clicking on the other 40 items on the backup page and the same result.  How do I see "restore selected item" so I can try to restore my lost work?  Thanks.

Hi Jerry, sorry to hear you're having problems with the backup, and also that you've had to wait so long for a response - you must have posted this reasonably shortly before our (UK Based) offices closed for the weekend, so sorry you've had to wait three days.

Can you take a look at this screenshot to where I've highlighted where the 'restore selected item' button should be? Is it possible you're using a laptop with a smallish screen and the button has fallen off the bottom? Or, if it is not appearing at all and you've just got a space there, can you pelase take a screenshot and send it to us?

Thanks!

I am using a laptop and that could be the problem.  I've tried moving the screen to make the bottom show up but that doesn't work.  I've tried right clicking the page to get options to show the window differently, nothing happens when I right click.  Any ideas?  Thank you.

Ok I was able to change the size of the screen and was able to work it out.  I found my lost page and all is good.  Thank you.
