Help! I started writing my extended Synopsis today and lost several paragraphs when the website froze up on my computer. Is there a way to get them back?

Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear that. I can certainly see if the paragraphs were saved before the freeze. Can you please email me at info@novel-software.com with details of the exact date and time of the problem? Thanks.

Thanks for your response. It happened yesterday, 4-10-19. I don't know the exact time. Is there a way to tell that?  I think it was sometime between 4 pm and 4:30, but I don't know for sure. What I lost was everything in the extended Synopsis section, which I had just started. However, I was able to restore 4 paragraphs because they were still in my computer clipboard. Still missing the first 3 or 4 paragraphs. It's not a lot to reconstruct, of course, but if you can get them back, it would be great. Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future? I got an error message from my browser "web page has stopped responding. Press here to recover." It was when I pressed the recover button that I lost the material. I am nervous about it happening with more important text. I know your software is supposed to save everything automatically, but is there also a way to do a manual save? (other than the snapshot) Or any other suggestions? Thanks again for your help. Randi
