Bentimber
Morning, All.

I realize the online and desktop versions do not sync. But can a person with both versions use the import/export functions to do manually?

For example, can I export my latest manuscript from the desktop NF version (let's say, to Dropbox), then import it into the online NF and keep working (so in a sense, doing a manual sync)? Or vice versa, online to desktop?

I hope that makes sense...

Thanks.

Hi there, we relied to your other post with the same question:

Hi there - yes, that is possible. You can export from one version then import to the other. The catch is that you have to add the delimiter between the scenes, which makes transferring your work between the two versions quite fiddly, which is why we don't actively encourage it. I hope that helps, let me know if you'd like any firther information...
