To export your data, go to the account menu in the top right hand corner (the little person) and click 'Export'. From there you can choose between exporting your manuscript and / or the notes. Can you let me know if that helps?

Oh, and while you're at it, how does The Novel-Factory sync with Scrivener?  I see Scrivener syncing is supposed to be a feature, but cannot find a way to do that.  Thanks.

I'm afraid importing is only available in the desktop version, but we hope to add it to the Online version soon. Likewise with Scrivener syncing. You can export from the desktop version and open the file in Scrivener, but we're still working on that for the Online version. Sorry that's not more helpful...

OK.  Thanks.  I'm not a windows person.  When will your Mac version be available?

Can't make any promises, but we hope to start work on Version Two of the Windows software and a Synchronised Mac version at the same time later this year.

However, we are likely to add importing and Scrivener syncing to the Web version sooner.

I hope that helps.
