Does the online version have a backup I can go back to?

I visited Novel Factory online from a computer I only use once a week. I closed chrome as soon as I realized, but now when I open NF on other computers they all have a weeks worth of work missing. I haven’t been able to rewrite it as well the second time around. Is there fix for this?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the software.

All your work is saved centrally, so you should be able to see the latest work from any computer that you log into.

I'm not sure I understand this 'I closed chrome as soon as I realized' - can you explain more?

If your work was saved you should be able to access it via any computer, but if you closed down the program without saving it then it might be lost.

We do have backups, so if your work was saved and you can tell me a specific time and date from which I can retrieve the data, then I'll be happy to have a look for you.

When I realized I was looking at an old version of my work I closed my browser, hoping I could get out of it before it auto-saved.

I can can pull a back-up for me that would be extraordinary. Assuming you are in the UK, something before 9pm on Friday, January 25 would be great.
Hope that makes sense and thank you so much..
